Good Morning Everyone,
The development continues to grow, 16 houses occupied with 5 or 6 more under construction, and a new phase to open up in the spring... This growth necessitates a committee and not just one person handling the HOA duties if just from a financial perspective if nothing else.
My accounting background is at work here...
So here goes....
Between now and NOVEMBER 20TH if you are interested on serving on the committee please let me know via EMAIL.
One "candidate" per household.
On November 30th I will send out the list of "candidates" to everyone in the association.
Each household can vote for a maximum of 3 people and all votes are due back to me via email no later than December 31st. The top 3 vote getters will be our new committee. Initially I propose the term to be 2 years but that can be decided at our annual meeting.
The newly formed committee will be notified as such and will be announced at our annual meeting which has been scheduled for TUESDAY JANUARY 12TH 7P again at the MALLARD CREEK CLUBHOUSE.
More details about the meeting will follow but I wanted to get this out to enable everyone a month to decide if they would like to serve on the committee.
Most of the duties center around lawn care and plowing, finances, and then miscellaneous issues that pop up from time to time.
