The Olmsted Falls Fire Department is located in Olmsted Falls, Ohio. Staffed by 7 full-time firefighters and 18 part-time firefighters, we serve the city's residents plus surrounding communities via mutual aid agreements. All our personnel are trained in emergency medical care. All full-time and most of our part-time personnel are paramedics , the remainder are Intermediate or Basic Emergency Medical Technicians. We serve the community with a pumper, a ladder truck, a rescue squad, a command vehicle, and a backup rescue squad. A recent grant from the Federal government is allowing us to purchase a new KME pumper, due to be delivered in July 2004. |
